Key Responsibilities

  • Essential Functions Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for referred patients according to accepted principles and practices of physical therapy.
  • Designs an appropriate plan of care that integrates goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
  • Adjusts the care based on patient response and available evidence.
  • Collaborates with providers, nurses, other therapy providers and vendors.

Requirements

  • including interventions provided in combination with patient response.
  • Documents accurate charges on all patients on a timely basis.
  • Initiates appropriate schedule changes on a timely basis.
