Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for referred patients according to accepted principles and practices of physical therapy.

Designs an appropriate plan of care that integrates goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.

Adjusts the care based on patient response and available evidence.

Collaborates with providers, nurses, other therapy providers and vendors.

Requirements

including interventions provided in combination with patient response.

Documents accurate charges on all patients on a timely basis.

Initiates appropriate schedule changes on a timely basis.

Provides in-service training to teammates as needed or directed.

Salary: $39 - $60/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
