Join Greater Green Bay YMCA as a Kids Camp Teen Leadership Counselor in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Counselor under the direction of the Kids Camp Director supports the mission and core values of the.

Lead and participate in staff training prior to camp as well as ongoing staff meetings to ensure counselo.

Coordinate Junior Counselor goals, tasks and meetings weekly to ensure full understanding of their role at camp.

coordinate with Lead Camp Staff and counselors to create a smooth progression of quality experiences within the.

Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age and have completed high school or its equivalent.

Prior experience working with middle school

age children preferably.

Must be mature, have strong communication and organizational skills, a cooperative attitude and the ability to relate well with children and adults.
