About the Role

Join Access Services as a Mental Health Recovery Coach in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. Access Services is seeking a full-time Mental Health Recovery Coach for our Community Residential Rehabilitation Group Home located in Allentown, PA! You will have the opportunity to assist individuals with mental health needs in their homes and in their community.

Key Responsibilities

Support program alumni in managing crisis and connecting with a social network.

Maintain a cooperative and caring attitude toward others with a view of seeing the needs of others as more important than your own.

Meet with Assistant Director for supervision on a regular basis.

Help ensure the highest quality of care to individuals in helping them meet their needs.

Requirements

Candidates must meet all qualifying and ongoing job criteria including background checks, physical examination results, and clearances.

Education: High school or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field including special education, psychology or social work preferred.

Certification: Certification from a County CPS program is welcomed.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $18 - $19/hr

20 days PTO.

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
