About the Role

Join Stichting Kwintes as a Social Worker Intern – Gouda, Netherlands in Gouda, Netherlands. Per september 2026 hebben wij op onze locatie Het Bruisnest in Gouda een stageplek beschikbaar. Als stagiair hbo participatiemedewerker (Social Worker) bied je ondersteuning aan vrijwilligers en bezoekers van Het Bruisnest.

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will provide support to volunteers and visitors at Het Bruisnest using a recovery-oriented and development-focused approach. You will help volunteers utilize their talents and qualities to facilitate their reintegration into society.

Requirements

You must be currently enrolled in an HBO Social Work program and be available for at least 2 days per week. Candidates are expected to be reflective, capable of setting personal learning goals, and able to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.
