Social Worker Advanced Care Coord, LCSW (Emergency Dept-Days)

Psychologists are seeing unprecedented demand driven by the mental health crisis, with telehealth dramatically expanding access and enabling fully remote practice.

This employer qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Core responsibilities: Performs social work assessments and crisis interventions for patients and families in the Emergency Department. Collaborates with medical staff to develop care plans, identify psychiatric emergencies, and facilitate safe patient transfers or discharges.
