Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary examinations and evaluations of patients to identify initial concerns and gather necessary information for the provider.
  • Remove and apply wound vacs, obtain wound measurements and document findings to present to the provider
  • Perform routine orthopedic care for patients as assigned, ensuring their comfort and safety during treatments.
  • Accurately document patient history, findings and treatments in the appropriate format with the
  • outpatient records ensuring they are ready for signature by the provider.
  • Obtain, label and prepare aerobic cultures and pathology specimens per the providers orders
