About the Role
Join Orlando Health as a Occupational Therapist – PRN, Weekend Commitment in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Florida
- temporary permit acceptable.
- Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification. Experience None.
Requirements
- specific needs, and to provide the care needed as delineated in the departmental policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates competency in the use, care and maintenance of profession specific equipment, observing safety precautions and providing verbal explanations of the equipment and its purpose.
- evaluates and modifies treatment plan and goals when appropriate, and prepares written documentation as required by the department, and the care team.
- Recognizes and communicates when the patient has received optimal benefit from therapy.
