Key Responsibilities

• Performs an assessment of the patient, leading to development, implementation and evaluation of a plan of care.

• Administers, monitors and documents therapeutic interventions and regimes.

• Participates in clinical decision-making.

• Educates patient and family/responsible party regarding disease process, individual care needs, wellness, safety issues, etc.

Requirements

• 2 year commitment 1 year of Hospital based nursing experience required for consideration PCU/Step

• down strongly preferred Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes

• Neuro Critical Care Unit The Neuro Critical Care Unit is an 18

• 1 years’ experience required, 2

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $45.04 - $62.57/hr

• Signing bonus: $15,000.

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
