Located in Augusta, GA our 84-bed facility provides a therapeutic setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Comprehensive assessment of patients in outpatient setting.

Oversee individualized treatment plan, which may include nursing care, medication management, group therapy, educational support, family therapy and individual therapy.

Makes referrals to community resources as appropriate.
