Join Healthforce as a Travel Occupational Therapist – No Weekends in United States. Overview Occupational Therapist | Occupational Therapy Mauston, Wisconsin, United States Start date: 06/26/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | Weekly pay: $2,055–$2,134 per week | Guaranteed hours: 36 | Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a. m.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in acute care and nursing home settings; screen patients and attend team meetings to discuss progress.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, insurance documentation, and discharge notes in the patient’s medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective carryover of services and seamless patient care transitions.
- Provide outpatient evaluation and treatment when indicated.
Requirements
- Education: Master of Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy; Wisconsin occupational therapy license; continuing education to maintain licensure; BLS certification required.
- Experience: 1+ year of related work experience.
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to assigned sites as needed.
