Requirements

Unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to start date

National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; OR Physician Assistant national certification through NCCPA

Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date

Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start date Preferred Qualifications:
