About the Role

Join Tahoe Forest Health System as a Behavioral Health Care Intensivist – $54.44/hour in United States. Bargaining Unit: EAP Rate of Pay: $54.44/hour + DOE Summary The Behavioral Health Intensivist, as part of the primary care treatment team identifies, triages and manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Supports patient self

management of disease and behavior modifications interventions.

Evaluates clinical care, utilization of resources, and development of new clinical tools, forms, and procedures.

Coordinates continuity of patient care with internal and external healthcare providers.

Requirements

2 years relevant experience Required Licenses/Certifications California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Issued by the Behavioral Science

CA LCSW OR CA LMFT required when assigned to practice in California California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Within 3 months of hire into job Other Experience/Qualifications Required:
