Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates, diagnoses, determines prognosis, and provides high quality, personalized and evidence-based interventions for patients.
- Reports findings to other health care team members through strong communication skills and use of electronic documentation and billing within Epic EMR.
- Participates in and supports in-house education, student programs, volunteer/observation, and community outreach programs, educating referring providers including residents and fellows.
- Works with a coordinated team of providers to provide comprehensive care for patients.
