Key Responsibilities
- This is a PRN position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our CHI Health at Home team in Colorad Springs.
- The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders for patients in their homes.
- Responsibilities: Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
Requirements
- Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active registered SLP license in the state which you practice and certification (CCC
- SLP) from ASHA. Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification One

- Salary: $74K - $122K
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
