About the Role

Join CHI Health at Home as a Speech Therapist – Home Health, PRN, $74K+ in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

This is a PRN position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our CHI Health at Home team in Colorad Springs.

The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders for patients in their homes.

Responsibilities: Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.

Requirements

Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active registered SLP license in the state which you practice and certification (CCC

SLP) from ASHA. Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification One

Salary: $74K - $122K

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Flexible scheduling available.
