Nurse Practitioner - $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS at Ultra Health Providers in Madison, OH. Benefits: 401k, health benefits, PTO.
Key Responsibilities
- You will verify admission orders and conduct initial assessment of residents. Conduct Physical exams, medication review, and depression screening
- You will collaborate with facility medical director, attending physicians and nursing staff to deliver the highest level of care to the patient
- You will communicate with and counsel family members on treatment options when there are material changes in status
