About the Role

Lead and manage advanced practice providers in Stanford Health Care’s ObGyn multi-site service line. Provide clinical oversight, education, and administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise minimum 10 APPs.
• Co-direct clinical and operational initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, and quality improvement.
• Provide 24-hour on-call administrative coverage.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing or PA studies.
• Valid California NP or PA license with national certification.
• Minimum 1 year APP experience; 3 preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
