About the Role

Join Heritage Healthcare Services as a Registered Nurse – PRN Home Health in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Overview The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting face-to-face supervisory visits with our EPSDT and VA clients. The nurse will manage a roster of 50-70 clients, ensuring that each visit is conducted in the client's home every 60 days.
