Candidates must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and be a graduate of an AMA Respiratory Therapy Program. Required credentials include an AZ Board of Respiratory Care Examiners License, CRT certification, and current AHA certifications for ACLS, BLS, and PALs (NRP within 90 days).
