About the Role
Join Cortica as a Behavior Interventionist providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in Newport Beach, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Cortica’s BCAT training.
- Implement behavior-analytic services in 1:1 and group settings.
- Use positive behavior strategies developed with BCBAs.
- Work in home, community, school, or clinic settings.
- Document data and session notes.
- Assist with assessments and preference evaluations.
- Follow crisis and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Registered Behavior Technician or BCAT credential or willingness to obtain.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Skilled with EMR and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
