ABA Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

About the Role

Join Cortica as a Behavior Interventionist providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in Newport Beach, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Cortica’s BCAT training.
• Implement behavior-analytic services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Use positive behavior strategies developed with BCBAs.
• Work in home, community, school, or clinic settings.
• Document data and session notes.
• Assist with assessments and preference evaluations.
• Follow crisis and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician or BCAT credential or willingness to obtain.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Skilled with EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
