- Must be familiar with or have treated patients with chronic pain and addiction and can work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Education: Masters in Social Work or Counseling related field
- Licenses: Must be licensed by the Montana Board of Behavioral Health (LCSW or LCPC)
