Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker collaborates with the multidisciplinary team on clinical social work assessments, identifies and links patients to relevant community resources, and provides necessary supportive counseling and crisis intervention.

Requirements

A Master of Science in Social Work is required for this role, with a preference for one to three years of experience working with oncology patients and cancer survivors. Excellent clinical documentation and successful usage of EMR systems are also preferred qualifications.
