Part Time remote Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant- NC, VA or OH license

About the Role

This part-time teletriage position is for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants licensed in KY and IN (with potential for additional states). You will provide primary care telemedicine services to adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home settings, following site-specific protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary-care telemedicine services in family, geriatric, or internal medicine.
• Provide teletriage on-call per protocol.
• Manage patient consents, documentation, and communication with facility staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain multiple state licenses as required.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing with valid advanced practice license or accredited PA program graduate with certification.
