Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE
- accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree

- Hourly rate: $92.87/hr.
