About the Role

Join University Hospitals as a Rehab Therapist - Child Psych: Part Time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.

Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.

Education Bachelor's Degree and graduate of an accredited school in Therapeutic Recreation, Art Therapy, Music Therapy or entry-level Occupational Therapy.

What You Will Do Perform assessment for functional and rehabilitative needs that may include activities of daily living; community living skills; social, leisure and vocational skills; self care.

Provide quality therapeutic recreational and expressive therapy in group or individual setting Educate patient/family/caregiver in skills applicable for discharge plan.

Participate in the interdisciplinary care process.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
