Key Responsibilities

- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff.
- Support quality audits and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of internal EBH experience.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Care Coordinator or Behavioral Appointment Search Team experience preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: hourly rate of 24 - 37 USD / hourly
- 18 days PTO.
