About the Role

Join Cigna Healthcare as a Autism Care Coordinator, Team Lead - Evernorth Behavioral Health (Remote) in United States. The Team Lead partners with the Supervisor to support team performance, quality, and daily operations. This role assists with planning and prioritization, onboarding new hires, coaching staff, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily prioritization and operational planning.
  • Coach Care Coordinators to improve performance and quality outcomes.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff.
  • Support quality audits and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of internal EBH experience.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Care Coordinator or Behavioral Appointment Search Team experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: hourly rate of 24 - 37 USD / hourly
  • 18 days PTO.

Work Schedule
