Key Responsibilities
- Clinical responsibilities Deliver high‑quality CBT and low‑intensity psychological interventions, supported by comprehensive assessment, formulation and evidence‑based care planning.
- Provide therapy via remote delivery models, including telephone and video consultations, in line with client preferences and service pathways.
Requirements
- Uphold and actively contribute to high standards of clinical governance, including clinical effectiveness, safety, risk management, incident management and continuous quality improvement.
- Conduct clinical audits, oversee complaint review and investigation activity, and support audit processes across the team.
- Ensure compliance with operational control standards including ISO, privacy and information security, Bupa quality standards, clinical governance frameworks and legal requirements.
- Service development and people leadership Contribute to the review, development and implementation of processes and protocols to support safe, effective and scalable remote service delivery.
