Physical Therapists will practice within a fully integrated musculoskeletal platform, collaborating directly with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and PA/NPs on complex cases in real time. The role involves delivering thorough evaluations and hands-on care, maintaining a standard of approximately 10 patients per day to exhaust conservative options.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure and be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, with a DPT preferred. Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply, emphasizing collaboration and commitment to conservative care.
