RRT Respiratory Therapist Per Diem Nights

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for administering safe and competent respiratory care as ordered by a physician, which includes monitoring mechanical ventilation and administering medications. This role also involves patient assessment, understanding hemodynamic monitoring ramifications, interpreting blood work results, and providing patient teaching and training.

Candidates must be Certified or Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and hold appropriate state licensure. Required certifications include BCLS and ACLS, which must be maintained throughout employment.
