Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for students requiring information and support before and during the financial aid process.
- Document tracking and aid processing.
- Satisfactory Academic Progress & Professional Judgement.
- Maintain accurate student records in alphabetical order. Internal and external reporting and monitoring.

- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and institutional aid programs
