Join Essentia Health as a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your nursing expertise to assess patient health, respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that empower patients and families in self-management.
- Quality Improvement: Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care and service across all areas.
- This RN Clinic Supervisor will oversee our Baxter Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Elder Care departments.
- Licensure/Certification.
Requirements
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- What you'll get to do in this role: Staffing & Development: Oversee staffing needs while developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to enhance departmental performance.
- Policy & Budget Input: Collaborate with leadership to provide valuable insights on policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Nursing Leadership: Take charge of direct nursing leadership, fostering staff development, promoting exceptional patient care, and advocating for patient needs.
