Key Responsibilities

The Respiratory Therapist provides specialized care to patients in critical care units including ICU, CCU, and the Regional Burn Unit. They also participate in emergency response teams such as the RACE and Code Blue teams.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and hold current registration with the CRTO. A minimum of three years of recent experience in an adult critical care setting is required along with valid BCLS and ACLS certifications.
