About the Role
Join AtlantiCare as a Pharmacy Resident (PGY-1) – AtlantiCare in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will be responsible for maintaining competency and participating in various clinical programs such as Anticoagulation Management, Pharmacokinetic Monitoring, Adverse Drug Event Monitoring, patient care rounding, pharmacotherapy optimization and general medication safety.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required from an ACPE
- accredited college
- Current New Jersey State license as a Registered Pharmacist required of acceptance, by October 1st.
- Proficiency with computer, data analytic and clinical applications required; good communication and interpersonal skills required.
