The Offer
Salary ranges from $124,384 to $163,072 annually. Benefits include an annual Quality Value Incentive Plan up to $10,000, relocation bonus up to $10,000, paid malpractice, CME allowance of $3,500 with 5 days off, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
