Key Responsibilities
- driven Associate Director of Paid Media to lead and scale our paid media programs across multiple digital platforms. This senior
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize toward KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Encourage A/B testing for ad messaging, creative variations, targeting strategies, and landing page performance
- Support market research to identify opportunities and refine targeting strategies, leveraging tools like Conductor, Sprout Social, and Pendo.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to help refine strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
- Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting compelling ad copy.
