Key Responsibilities

  • driven Associate Director of Paid Media to lead and scale our paid media programs across multiple digital platforms. This senior
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize toward KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Encourage A/B testing for ad messaging, creative variations, targeting strategies, and landing page performance
  • Support market research to identify opportunities and refine targeting strategies, leveraging tools like Conductor, Sprout Social, and Pendo.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to help refine strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • People Manager

Requirements

  • Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting compelling ad copy.
