Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant you will be responsible to: Provide treatment per the established plan of care and in accordance with physician orders.

Assist in identifying goals, prioritizing treatment, and selecting appropriate interventions.

Continuously assess changes in functional deficits and adjust treatment as appropriate.

Provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.

Requirements

Coordinate with therapist on supervisory visits per regulations.

Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required.

Salary: $62.9K - $69.8K
