Key Responsibilities
- Performs physical assessments on patients with specialized conditions in areas such as orthopedics.
- Determines urgent versus emergent problems and triages patients to appropriate specialty physicians.
- Assesses and treats patients with support from other physician colleagues.
- May develop and implement a plan of care for these patients, as well as prescribe medications, exercises and/or other treatments Performs minor operative procedures including suturing and injections.
Requirements

- hire, per state regulations Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in orthopedics
