About the Role
Medicus seeks a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage in southeastern Virginia. This inpatient role involves weekend call coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care in inpatient setting including PHP, RTC, and acute services.
- Manage general psychiatric cases.
- Collaborate with nursing and mental health tech staff.
Requirements
- Board certification in Psychiatry.

Work Schedule
- Weekend call Friday 5pm to Monday 8am.
- Inpatient setting with approximately 24 patients and 106 beds.
- Average length of stay 7-10 days.
