About the Role

Join Perimeter Healthcare as a Internal Medicine Provider OR Critical Care Nurse Practitioner- Primrose in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and ongoing assessments for adolescents admitted to the medically complex or neurodivergent programming.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions including respiratory, neurological, gastrointestinal, endocrine, and cardiovascular concerns.
  • Provide ongoing medical oversight for youth requiring advanced medical monitoring including enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, and other medical interventions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, and clinical teams to ensure integrated treatment planning.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine required.
  • For Critical Care Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing required.
  • Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program required.

  • Full-time position.
