About the Role
LifeStance Health seeks Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Federal Way, WA. This full-time or part-time hybrid role offers outpatient therapy services with flexibility to work remotely and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
- Conduct individual and couples therapy.
- Utilize evidence-based, medically driven treatment.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 based on productivity with uncapped earning potential.
- Sign-on bonus available.

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday with weekends optional (no weekends required).
