Key Responsibilities
- will be responsible for screening, assessing, prioritizing, and providing the nutrition care plan for patients and families, which may be specific to a disease entity but which also encompasses the entire continuum of care – hospital, clinic, and the community.
- provide primary care, specialty care, urgent care, emergency care, community health services, foster and ado.
- provide effective coaching to team members.
- provide kids and their families a wide range of care and support - everything from routine care for ear ache.
