About the Role

Join State of North Carolina as a Rehabilitation Counselor Supervisor in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direct case management supervision to Rehabilitation Counselors and support staff providing client services required to complete rehabilitation plans for employment
  • Performing administrative management tasks to include casework approvals to ensure quality service delivery for the assigned coverage area, budget development, and performance management
  • Providing and scheduling staff development, training, consultations and action plans to enhance staff and program performance
  • Providing assigned caseload coverage and assisting with coverage for vacant caseloads

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state policies/regulations governing the delivery of services to individuals with disabilities
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and training staff in a supportive manner
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment Position is funded in part through federal funds. Position is eligible for a hybrid
