Key Responsibilities
- Provide regularly scheduled (weekly) caseload consultation to the Collaborative Care Clinicians (social work.

- Provide some direct evaluation and ongoing treatment support of patients with significant diagnostic or ther.

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathy school.
- Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Active NYS Medical License and DEA Certificate.
