Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify individual needs and create Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals and objectives.
- Implement evidence
- based occupational therapy interventions to address students' specific needs and to promote their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to each student's therapeutic journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
- Massachusetts OTR
- L Licensure
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with disabilities, preferably in an educational setting.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $75,680 - $81,680
- 401(k) with employer match.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
