About the Role

Fort Health seeks a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist licensed in Illinois for a remote 1099 consultant role providing telepsychiatry services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric services including evaluation and medication management.
• Coordinate treatment with therapists and care team.
• Participate in clinical meetings and supervision.
• Provide supervision to nurse practitioners.

Requirements

• Board certified child psychiatrist with Illinois license.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• Competent in psychopharmacology.

Benefits & Compensation

• CPT code based pay ranging from approximately $90,000 to $205,000 annually.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday 3:30-8:30 PM CST.
• Optional Saturdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.
