About the Role

Provide oversight to dietary needs of inpatient units at the Mental Health Center in Waukesha County. Review and update dietary policies, respond to dietary assessment requests, and maintain documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee dietary operations for inpatient psychiatric units.
Review and approve inpatient menus.
Respond to dietary assessment requests within 24 hours.
Maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
Provide backup to Food Services Specialist.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science, Community Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
Two years professional experience in public health or nutrition.
Registration as a professional dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Certified in dietetics through the State of Wisconsin.
