About the Role

Join SHERIDAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL as a Physical Therapist – Full Time, M-F, Possible Weekends in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services for inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed (subacute) patients.

Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and discharge planning.

Requirements

Qualifications: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Michigan.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Prior experience in inpatient, outpatient, or swing bed settings preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, organization, and patient-centered care skills.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
