About the Role

Join Lakeview Village as a Physical Therapist – PRN, Weekend Availability in United States.

Key Responsibilities

centered maintenance program upon discharge. Recommends outpatient or Home Health follow

up programs as needed. Ensures that all resident care services are accurately documented according to established procedure. Protects residents and associates by adhering to infection

service seminar for residents or staff. Develops and maintains a good working rapport with inter

department personnel and other departments within the facility, to ensure that departmental programs can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the facility and residents.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy and licensed to practice in the State of Kansas.

Demonstrates good communications skills, including but not limited to effective reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills, with a fluent understanding of English.

Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.

Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.

Salary: $50/hr

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
