Key Responsibilities

AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform regular client observations to ensure their safety and well-being.

Monitor client behaviors, activities, and compliance with facility rules.

Accurately document client interactions, behaviors, and any incidents in client records.

Complete required reports and logs promptly and ensure they are up-to-date.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in behavioral health, psychology, or a related field or other credentials are a plus.

Previous experience working in a mental health or substance use treatment setting preferred.

Current CPR/First Aide Certification.

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
