About the Role

Join Texas Oncology as a Clinical Social Worker – No Weekends, No Call in United States. Overview Texas Oncology is looking for a Clinical Social Worker to join our team! This full time position will support the South Austin and Lakeway locations.

Key Responsibilities

• The essential duties and responsibilities: Provides therapeutic counseling to patients, family members, and caregivers as needed.

• Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues as appropriate.

• If billing for these services, will document session notes and billing.

Requirements

• years’ experience preferred, working as a clinical social worker in a health care setting; oncology, palliative care and/or hospice experience desired. Valid and current Texas state master’s clinical
