About the Role

Join HopeHealth as a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Float in United States. About This Nursing Position HopeHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for its affiliate HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care. This position will be on our Long Term Care A team, which services the southern part of Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

• will be assigned to a caseload as designated by the Patient Care Manager and determined by census need.

• will help patients live as comfortably and fully as possible and provide meaningful support for everyone in the family.

• will you do? * Initial and ongoing assessment of the impact of the terminal diagnosis on the patient's physical, functional, psychosocial and environmental needs and activities of daily living.

• will allow us to continue to deliver the best care for our patients and families.

Requirements

• RN required BSN preferred

• 3 years of related experience

• Strong nursing assessment, clinical skills and communication skills

• Home care and/or related experience preferred What are the job

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
