About the Role

Join HopeHealth as a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Float in United States. About This Nursing Position HopeHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for its affiliate HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care. This position will be on our Long Term Care A team, which services the southern part of Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

will be assigned to a caseload as designated by the Patient Care Manager and determined by census need.

will help patients live as comfortably and fully as possible and provide meaningful support for everyone in the family.

will you do? * Initial and ongoing assessment of the impact of the terminal diagnosis on the patient's physical, functional, psychosocial and environmental needs and activities of daily living.

will allow us to continue to deliver the best care for our patients and families.

Requirements

RN required BSN preferred

3 years of related experience

Strong nursing assessment, clinical skills and communication skills

Home care and/or related experience preferred What are the job
